Mr. Huang Yuan Liang proposed a large-scale project, orient international machine plaza and invested in 2004.And then completed it and put into practice in 2005. The orient international machine plaza was covered 240,000 square meters. And the building was covered 100,000 square meters, one of the largest machine selling plaza in China .

In year 2006, ACL purchased Gaobiao Fire Fighting Equipment Company, which originally belonged to Guangzhou Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Installation Company and became the top one shareholder. ACL made multi developments from manufacturing field to engineering, manufacturing and installation field by this way.
