2011 ACL Development Outlook
2011-1-11ACL Group has successfully completed the development goals by 2010 in China, the layout of the three industrial zones have been improved. In 2010, ACL Shandong industrial zone has got the additional investment about 500 million yuan, basically having competed 18 million square meters of factory building in Shandong industrial zone and purchased advanced production equipment with total value 300 million yuan. ACL Shanghai industrial zone has completed the reconstruction of factory building and equipment, purchasing large boring and milling machine center from German. ACL foshan Industrial zone establish ACL INVESTMENT BANK to manage financial operations as the investment bank operational mode.

Product
1. HVAC Product
ACL in the HVAC industry is the first brand in the Chinese market, also well-known brands in the word.
2. Press brake and shearing machine
Target Production in 2011 is 5000 sets. In 2010, ACL has updated the contract with EHT the first brand in the word, improving on technology and management which has produced output value about 600 million.
3. Heavy-duty machine
In 2010, we have produced heavy-duty machines with word class level. Through six years development, Heavy-duty machine ranks top 2 and has 35%market share in china.
4. Production line
Production line is an important project in 2011. we have improved the equipement reconstruction on the ereas of steel production, shipbuilding industry, war industry and so on. The result of statistical calculation shows that Special container manufacturing line has above 80% market share in the world and Automobile production line has 23% market share in china ranking top 2.
CNC heavy turning machine
In 2010, we have cooperated with Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd to produce CNC heavy turning machine. As of Dec. 2010 close, ACL has received the order about 156 sets (average value 1 million CNY/set)
5. Cylinder production
Mainly producing hydraulic cylinder supplied by ACL group, ACL cylinder has become large-scale milltype cyliner manufacturing enterprise which has ranked among the first-class marketing in equipement configuration, technical capacity and production capacity.
Financial management
In 2010, ACL established ACL INVESTMENT BANK to achieve comprehensive and modern financial management and has got credit loan from several banks in which
500 million CNY line of credit from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China;300 million CNY line of credit from agricultural bank of china; 100 million CNY comprehensive credit line from Shenzhen Development Bank; 150 million CNY line of credit from China Construction Bank and so on.
