ACL Steps Into High-end Market

In 2008, ACL and EHT from Germany decided to co-produce high-end CNC hydraulic press brake. And EHT sent several SeniorEngineers to Shanghai to take part in product design and manufacture. During cooperation with EHT, we learnt advanced technology from abroad and raised our ACL brand. Under the leadership of gerneral manager Mr. Wang, ACL Shanghai is one of the largest manufacturing bases of CNC press brake and shear in East China with four years.

EHT machine we produce adopt thick working table and beam to make the whole machine with high rigidity so that when bending, beam and working table with little deformation ,workpiece with good straightness and consistent angle. CNC system is imported with original packing. Servo hydraulic system is from BOSCH-REXROTH and internal gear pump from Voith Germany. Working table adopts wedge mechanical crowning system.there are laser protection in both sides of beam.

Analysis from speed, the down speed of beam can reach 150mm/s and bending speed 15mm/s; The return speed of beam can get to 160mm/s which increased by 30% comparing with domestic CNC press brake. Our product can meet the needs of domestic and international high-end market for our product with higher bending accuracy, linearity up to 0.10 / m, bengding angle less than ±15′, back gauge with quick speed and load capacity, repeating position ≤±0.01mm.

In 2010，the press brake cooperated with EHT are get more and more favor from domestic and abroad customer.With the development of domestic Sheet metal processing industry, the requirements of processing equipment are becoming more and more demanding.
